Heart Meditation

Dear all, in this article I’m happy to share with you a simple and effective meditation.

A friend of mine, Julienne Rose gave it to me.

Let’s start!

  • Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Notice as you breathe, your chest rises and falls.
  • Breathe into your heart center to activate and energize it.
  • Imagine a heart shape in any color that you choose.
  • Within this heart, gently place a picture of what it is your desire. It could be a state of mind, situation, etc.
  • Create a rainbow and connect this from your heart to your head.
  • Send a copy of the colored heart with the picture in it up to your head.
  • As you see the two hearts connected by the rainbow, click the heart in place.
  • Knowing that this connection is in place and will continue, gently open your eyes and come back into the room.
